This is only my subjective opinion, but I think this fetish novel would have turned out more magnificent if:

1) Pay more attention to scenes of general growth (height) of the heroine. There are more comments about what are all small for her in comparison with how it was at the beginning of the month. To make more scenes where the heroine rests on the ceiling and talks about how little space is for her.

2) Add another scene where the heroine (Futanari) fill balls for even greater growth. The heroine notes how it becomes more difficult for her from pressure, but she becomes more pleased with this severity. That is, this is already in the short story, but I mean that it would be great to see another scene to see the heroine on the verge of overflow.

3) Perhaps, becoming especially huge, the heroine did not have enough comments on his girlfriend about the difference in size. Something in the spirit of "I was so low for you, but now look at us now. What do you feel when we have changed your roles in size?" Not necessarily something evil and dominant. She can even joke.

However, perhaps this will violate the general nature of the heroine that you wanted to create.
